研究目的：

基于前瞻性队列研究方法，通过广州市全民健康信息平台诊疗记录和死因监测数据及气象与环境监测数据，对国家基本公共卫生服务项目服务的老年基线人群进行健康动态追踪，以各类疾病诊断发生或死亡为结局事件，构建理论模型，探讨因素与结局之间的关联强度，确定慢性非传染性疾病的风险因素，制定风险管理策略，为老年人个性化干预和健康老龄化公共卫生管理政策的制定提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the health medical records of Guangzhou Health Information Platform for All People's and Cause of Death Monitoring Data as well as Meteorological and Environmental Monitoring Data, we conducted health dynamic tracking on the baseline elderly population receiving national basic public health services. With various disease diagnoses or deaths as outcome events, a theoretical model was constructed to explore the strength of the association between factors and outcomes, determine risk factors for chronic non-communicable diseases, and develop risk management strategies. This provides a theoretical basis for personalized interventions for the elderly and the development of public health management policies for healthy aging.
