研究目的:

本研究通过现场实验测试,研究分析常温天气、普通高温天气、极端高温天气和连续高温天气下处于非空调环境下人体的生理指标、工效指标以及生活质量的变化,运用现代时间生物学的余弦分析法研究高温天气非空调环境人体生理指标(如体温日节律、血压日节律等)和工效指标(如准确率和反应时等)的昼夜节律特征;其次通过对比常温天气、高温天气、连续高温天气时人体的生理应激,研究高温天气对人体生理应激的累积效应;并进一步对比男性与女性的生理应激差异。本项目为高温天气非空调环境内相关人员生理反应认知提供依据,为制定连续高温天气的健康保护及预警机制提供科学依据,并为高温天气热耐受弱势人群的健康保护提供理论支持和数据依据,是保障高温天气相关人员健康安全的重要课题。  

Objectives of Study:

In the present study, the field experiments were conducted to study the changes of human body physiological indices, work efficiency indices and quality of life under the normal temperature weather, high temperature weather and continuous high temperature in non-air-conditioned environment. By taking the method of the modern chronobiology, the cosinor analysis was applied to analyze the subjects circadian physiological indexes (such as body temperature daily rhythm, blood pressure daily rhythm, etc.) and work efficiency indices (such as accuracy and reaction time) in non-air-conditioned environment at different temperatures. By comparing the human body physiological stress in normal temperature weather, hot temperature weather and continuous high temperature weather, the cumulative effect of hot weather on human physiological stress was studied. Furthermore, the difference of physiological stress between male and female was compared. This study can provide basis for the cognition of the peoples physiological response in high temperature under non - air - conditioning environment, and it provided scientific basis for the development of health protection and early warning mechanism for high temperature weather, and it provided theoretical support and data basis for the health protection of vulnerable people in hot weather. And this study guaranteed the health and safety of personnel related to hot weather.

The subjects participated voluntarily and they were recruited rigorously according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Ultimately, ten subjects (5 males and 5 females) were randomly selected.
