研究目的：

急性缺血性脑卒中患者机械取栓术后再灌注损伤、水肿是术后管理中的重要环节，通过联合调控 晶体、胶体渗透压控制再灌注后脑组织水肿，评价高渗性疗法在取栓再通后治疗的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Reperfusion injury and edema after mechanical thrombectomy in patients with acute ischemic stroke are important steps in postoperative management. To evaluate the efficacy and safety of hyperosmolar therapy after thrombectomy and revascularization by controlling cerebral tissue edema after reperfusion through the combination of regulating crystal and colloidal osmotic pressure.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)短暂性脑缺血发作；2)继发于其他颅内疾病如脑肿瘤等所致的脑梗死；3)妊娠期或哺乳期妇女;4)预期寿命少于 6 个月，或者因精神疾患、认知或情绪障碍等原因，无法按照要求完成本研究者; 5)术后即刻CT/MRI提示脑出血(依据海德堡颅内出血分型1c及以上者)；6)严重心肝肾功能不全患者;7)拒签知情同意书；8)其他临床医生认为应当排除的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Transient ischemic attack; 2) Cerebral infarction secondary to other intracranial diseases such as brain tumors; 3) Pregnant or lactating women; 4) Life expectancy is less than 6 months, or due to mental illness, cognitive or emotional disorders, unable to complete the study as required; 5) Immediate postoperative CT/MRI evidence of intracranial hemorrhage (according to Heidelberg intracranial hemorrhage classification 1c and above); 6) Patients with severe cardiac, liver and renal insufficiency; 7) Refusal to sign informed consent; 8) Other conditions that clinicians believe should be excluded.
