1.了解泪道内压力分布及动力模式 2.了解泪道阻塞患者泪水炎症因子的变化  

Objectives of Study：

1. To detect intra-lacrimal pressure and get to know tear drainage dynamics; 2. To detect the changes of tear inflammatory cytokines in patients with lacrimal duct obstruction.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）年龄小于18岁或大于70岁；
2）眼部手术史及眼部疾患病史者；
3）精神异常或严重全身系统疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) eye surgery history and eye disease history;
2) mental disorders or serious systemic diseases.
