研究目的：

1. 主要目的：比较醋甲唑胺和乙酰唑胺在预防急性高原反应和高原中枢性睡眠呼吸暂停中的作用。 2. 次要目的：探究醋甲唑胺预防急性高原反应的机制，验证醋甲唑胺是否存在预防急性高原肺水肿和脑水肿的可能机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Primary Objective: To compare the efficacy of Methazolamide and Acetazolamide in the prevention of Acute Mountain Sickness and high-altitude central sleep apnea. 2.Secondary Objective: To explore the mechanism by which Methazolamide prevents AMS and to verify the potential mechanism of Methazolamide in preventing high-altitude pulmonary edema and high-altitude cerebral edema.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）存在碳酸酐酶抑制剂的禁忌症 2）肥胖(体重指数≥30 kg/m2) 3）有心血管，呼吸系统疾病 4）孕妇

Exclusion criteria：

1) Presence of contraindications for carbonic anhydrase inhibitors 2) Obesity (body mass index ≥30 kg/m²) 3) Cardiovascular and respiratory diseases 4) Pregnant women
