研究目的：

慢性病的发生和发展通常是一个长期的过程，早期症状不明显，甚至没有症状。这使得人们容易忽视这些疾病的存在和展，错过了早期干预和治疗的机会。患者需要长期坚持治疗，改变不良的生活方式和饮食习惯，慢病的管理任务之一就是维持平衡，人和慢病之间形成一个平衡，只有平衡才能平稳。临床研究显示，许多慢病都存在急性发作情况：如胸痹心痛（西医病名：慢性心绞痛）急性发作最严重的就是真心痛（西医病名：心肌梗死），高血压的急性发作就是血压飙升的高血压急症，哮病（西医病名：哮喘）会导致持续状态，心悸、怔忡（西医病名：慢性心力衰竭）会急性呼吸困难，甚至，郁证（西医病名：慢性焦虑）都会变成脏躁（西医病名：惊恐发作）.....这些都是导致患者不得不急诊的原因。研究本课题，目的在于通过对应用预案的数字化，提高慢性病猝发事件防控和应急处置效率，不断总结经验教训、积累临床数据并纳入应急预案体系。通过建立慢性病猝发事件防控和应急处置效率数字化系统，其意义在于可以有效的提高慢性病猝发事件防控和应急处置预案的及时性和有效性，增强预案的可操作性，提升预案的智能化水平，促进预案的协同性和联动性并推动预案的持续改进。

Objectives of Study：

The occurrence and development of chronic diseases are usually a long-term process, with early symptoms not obvious or even no symptoms. This makes it easy for people to overlook the existence and development of these diseases, missing opportunities for early intervention and treatment. Patients need to persist in long-term treatment, change unhealthy lifestyles and dietary habits, and one of the management tasks of chronic diseases is to maintain balance. A balance between individuals and chronic diseases can only be achieved through balance.
