分析体检人群中亚临床型黄疸的原因和影响因素，以期指导亚临床型黄疸的全方位管理。

Objectives of Study：

The analysis of the causes and influencing factors of subclinical jaundice in the physical examination population aims to guide the comprehensive management of subclinical jaundice.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for subclinical jaundice are as follows: Serum bilirubin levels must be between 1 to 3 times the upper limit of the normal reference range, specifically total bilirubin between 17.1 to 51.3 umol/L, conjugated bilirubin between 3.42 to 10.26 umol/L, and unconjugated bilirubin between 13.68 to 41.04 umol/L. Participants should not have received any specific treatment within the three months leading up to the study. Except for bilirubin, lipids, and blood sugar indicators, all other liver and kidney function tests and routine blood tests must yield results within the normal range. Participants must be capable of understanding the study's objectives and procedures, be able to complete questionnaires and assessments of physiological and psychological health, and willingly sign an informed consent form.

For the healthy control group, the criteria include: Age between 18 to 70 years old, with no gender restrictions. Bilirubin, lipids, blood sugar, and other liver and kidney function tests, as well as routine blood tests, must all fall within the normal range. Abdominal ultrasound results should be normal, with no evidence of fatty liver, cirrhosis, or other organic pathological changes. Participants should have no diagnosed clinical or chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, etc.

排除标准：

亚临床型黄疸组排除标准：排除所有能引发胆红素异常的疾病和已经确诊的肝胆系统及其他器质性疾病。包括梗阻性疾病，如胆囊炎、胆囊切除术后、胆囊结石、胆管结石等；肝细胞性疾病，如药物性肝损伤、病毒性肝炎、酒精性肝病等；溶血性疾病，如溶血性贫血等；其他已知的器质性疾病，如先天性遗传性疾病、恶性肿瘤等。且腹部超声结果无肝回声粗糙、肝硬化等诊断。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for the subclinical jaundice group include all diseases that can cause abnormal bilirubin levels and any confirmed hepatobiliary system or other organic diseases, such as obstructive diseases (e.g., cholecystitis, post-cholecystectomy, gallbladder stones, bile duct stones), hepatocellular diseases (e.g., drug-induced liver injury, viral hepatitis, alcoholic liver disease), hemolytic diseases (e.g., hemolytic anemia), and other known organic diseases (e.g., congenital genetic diseases, malignant tumors). Additionally, abdominal ultrasound results must not indicate liver echo coarseness or cirrhosis.
