研究目的：

（1）评估抑郁障碍患者的元认知结构及其与病情的相关性，探索其在抑郁障碍早期的诊断及预后判断的临床意义。（2）探讨血清代谢产物（21种氨基酸、胆汁酸和脂肪酸的检测）与抑郁障碍的相关性。（3）探究血清代谢产物（21种氨基酸、胆汁酸和脂肪酸的检测）与元认知结构的相关性。（4）探索元认知结构与血清代谢组学变化对MDD的早期诊断以及预后判断的临床意义。

Objectives of Study：

(1) To assess the metacognitive structure of patients with depressive disorders and its correlation with the condition, and to explore its clinical significance in the diagnosis of early stages of depressive disorders and prognosis judgment. (2) To explore the correlation between serum metabolites (21 amino acids, bile acids and fatty acid tests) and depressive disorders. (3) To explore the correlation between serum metabolites (assays of 21 amino acids, bile acids and fatty acids) and metacognitive structure. (4) To explore the clinical significance of changes in metacognitive structure and serum metabolomics for early diagnosis of MDD as well as prognosis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）孕妇或者是哺乳期妇女；（2）伴有精神病性症状的抑郁障碍患者，有自杀倾向的患者；（3）伴严重躯体疾病，例如严重肝肾疾病、心脏病、高血压、糖尿病、甲状腺疾病等。（4）有精神活性物质滥用史或服用任何可能影响认知功能的药物（如糖皮质激素、β-受体阻滞剂、阿片类镇痛药和中枢兴奋剂）。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pregnant or lactating women; (2) Patients with depressive disorders accompanied by psychotic symptoms, patients with suicidal tendencies; (3) Patients with severe physical illnesses, such as severe liver or kidney disease, heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disease, etc. (4) A history of psychoactive substance abuse or taking any medication that may affect cognitive function (e.g., glucocorticoids, beta-blockers, opioid analgesics, and central stimulants).
