研究目的：

积极探究更为合理的麻醉方案以优化麻醉药物使用，研究富马酸奥赛利定应用于胸腔镜肺切除术后的急慢性疼痛的优点，及减少由于镇痛不足或者镇痛过量引起的术后肺部并发症有助于术后的快速康复，是当前临床迫切需要解决的问题。  

Objectives of Study：

To actively explore more reasonable anesthesia programs to optimize the use of anesthetic drugs, to study the advantages of Oliceridine applied to acute and chronic pain after thoracoscopic pulmonary resection, and to reduce postoperative lung complications caused by insufficient or excessive analgesia, which is conducive to rapid postoperative recovery, are urgent clinical problems that need to be solved.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者拒绝参加试验；
2.脑部疾病，判定能力异常；
3.相关药物过敏史；
3个月内参与过其他临床研究者；
4.孕妇或哺乳期妇女；

Exclusion criteria：

1.The patient refused to participate in the trial;
2.Brain disease, abnormal judgment;
3.History of related drug allergies;
4.Participated in other clinical investigators within 3 months;
5.Pregnant or lactating women;
