研究目的：

根据不同部位及浸润范围将T3期胆囊癌分为分为T3p（T3p1和T3p2）、T3h、T3p+3h，比较胆各组内囊癌患者的DFS、OS等方面的影响，为T3期胆囊癌进一步分型提供依据。

Objectives of Study：

T3 stage gallbladder cancer is divided into T3p (T3p1 and T3p2), T3h, and T3p+3h according to different locations and infiltration ranges. Comparing the effects on DFS, OS and other aspects of patients with intracystic gallbladder cancer in each group, T3 stage gallbladder cancer is Provide basis for further classification.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.年龄<18岁。 2.非胆囊腺癌患者。 3.存在远处转移（M1）。 4.R1/2切除（包括术中外科医生判断及术后病理诊断）。 5.其它严重疾病或状况，包括：严重、未控制的内科疾病、感染或消化系统紊乱；严重的电解质紊乱；活动性播散性血管内凝血；主要器官功能衰竭，如失代偿性心、肺、肝、肾功能衰竭； 6.主要观察指标缺失，研究资料明显不全或随访资料不全的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age <18 years old. 2. Patients with non-gallbladder adenocarcinoma. 3. There is distant metastasis (M1). 4.R1/2 resection (including intraoperative surgeon’s judgment and postoperative pathological diagnosis). 5. Other serious diseases or conditions, including: severe, uncontrolled medical disease, infection or digestive system disorder; severe electrolyte imbalance; active disseminated intravascular coagulation; major organ failure, such as decompensated heart, Lung, liver, and kidney failure; 6. Patients with missing main observation indicators, obviously incomplete research data or incomplete follow-up data.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	1.数据处理：遵守患者的隐私和保密权原则。参与中心提供的所有电子数据库都将对患者信息进行匿名处理；因此，最终合并的数据库将不包含任何可识别的信息。任何研究人员都无法获得参与本研究的患者的完整身份信息。收集到的数据将仅用于本研究目的。 2.数据保存和安全：数据将由参与中心的研究人员提供给东方肝胆外科医院，并在那里进行整合和安全保护。易滨和杨发才负责监督数据收集和合并数据库的建立。数据由记录表保存。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	1. Data processing: Adhere to the principles of patient privacy and confidentiality. All electronic databases provided by participating centers will ensure the anonymization of patient information; thus, the final combined database will not contain any identifiable data. Complete identification of patients involved in this study was inaccessible to any researcher. The collected data will be exclusively utilized for research purposes. 2. Data preservation and security: Researchers at participating centers will transmit the data to Eastern Hepatobiliary Surgery Hospital, where it will be integrated and securely safeguarded. Yi Bin and Yang Facai supervised the collection of data and establishment of the merged database. The data is stored in record sheets.
