通过组织60岁及以上老年人开展八段锦锻炼，探索八段锦锻炼对老年人睡眠的影响，为八段锦改善老年人睡眠状况提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the organization of the elderly in 60-year-old and above to carry out Baduanjin exercise to explore its effect on the elderly sleep, and provide the basis for Baduanjin to improve the sleep conditions of the elderly.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、疾病急性期或慢性疾病急性发作期；
2、严重心脑肾肝、呼吸系统、血液系统疾病不能耐受运动者；
3、被明确诊断为抑郁症、痴呆患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Acute illness or acute exacerbation of chronic diseases;
2. Serious heart brain kidney, respiratory system, blood system diseases can not tolerate exercise;
3. Diagnosed as depression, dementia patients.
