研究目的：

证明久泻方治疗脾肾阳虚型FD，可有效改善患者的排便症状，提高临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

It's proved that Jiu Xie Fang can treat the spleen-kidney yang deficiency FD, which can effectively improve the patient's defecation symptom and improve the clinical effect.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）经检查（如：结肠镜、CT）证实由消化道器质性疾病（如肿瘤、炎症性肠病、结肠
息肉、肠结核、慢性胰腺炎等）导致的腹泻；或有影响消化道动力的全身疾病(如:甲亢、
糖尿病、慢性肾功能不全等)；
（2）心、脑、肝、肾、呼吸、内分泌及造血系统等有严重疾病者；
（3）年龄在 18 岁以下或 65 岁以上者，妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
（4）精神病及严重神经官能症不能配合治疗者；
（5）过敏体质或曾对多种中药过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) It was confirmed by the examination(such as colonoscopy, CT) that diarrhea caused by gastrointestinal organic diseases (such as tumor, inflammatory bowel disease,colonic polyps,intestinal tuberculosis,chronic pancreatitis,etc.); Or the systemic diseases which affect the digestive tract motion(such as hyperthyroidism,diabetes mellitus,CRF,etc.);
(2) serious diseases of the heart,brain,liver,kidney,respiratory,endocrine system,hematopoietic system;
(3) who was less than the age of 18 or older than 65; pregnancy or breast-feeding women;
(4) Can not cooperate with the treatment because of psychosis or psychoneurosis;
(5) allergic constitution or have been allergic to many Chinese medicine.
