研究目的:

1.根据 microRNA 高通量测序结果,利用大量不同孕周的临床样本验证 EXOPD hasmiR-3942-5p 诊断和预测初产孕妇自发性早产的可行性和应用潜力,预期为自发性早产的诊断提供新策略。 2.深入探讨 EXOPD has-miR-3942-5p 对自发性早产的作用机制,明确 EXOPD has-miR-3942-5p 介导 CXCL16/ CXCR6 轴缺陷,进而破坏胎膜免疫微环境和母胎免疫耐受的途径,挖掘潜在的治疗靶点,为自发性早产的预防性干预提供理论基础。  

Objectives of Study:

1. According to the results of microRNA high-throughput sequencing, a large number of clinical samples of different gestational weeks were used to verify the feasibility and application potential of exopd hasmir-3942-5p in diagnosing and predicting spontaneous preterm birth in primipara, which is expected to provide a new strategy for the diagnosis of spontaneous preterm birth. 2. Objective to explore the mechanism of exopd has-mir-3942-5p on spontaneous preterm birth, clarify the way that exopd has-mir-3942-5p mediates CXCL16 / CXCR6 axis defects, and then destroy the fetal membrane immune microenvironment and maternal fetal immune tolerance, and explore potential therapeutic targets, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the preventive intervention of spontaneous preterm birth.

1.多胎妊娠; 2.纳入对象接受过相关疾病治疗、有高血压疾病史或重大疾病及家族史、有营养不良等。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Multiple gestation; 2. The enrolled subjects have received treatment for related diseases, a history of hypertension, significant illnesses or family history thereof, or malnutrition.
