(1)研究不同冷冻保护剂和复苏方案对卵巢组织的保护效果 (2)研究新鲜卵巢组织的离体时间和复苏后卵巢组织的存活时间  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To investigate the effects of different cryoprotective agents and thawing solutions on ovarian tissue; (2) To investigate the in vitro time of fresh ovarian tissue and survival time of thawing ovarian tissue.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）癌症怀疑有卵巢转移者；
（2）不能耐受手术的患者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Cancers with a high risk of ovary metastasis;
(2) Patients cannot tolerate oophorectomy or lesion resection.
