研究目的：

1. 分析circ_0075961对喉癌淋巴转移的影响，为喉癌淋巴转移的治疗提供新的治疗靶点。 2. 明确circ_0075961通过ceRNA作用吸附miR-216a-5p促进ZEB1 表达促进喉癌淋巴转移，为circ_0075961和miR-216a-5p的临床应用提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Analyze the impact of circ_0075961 on lymph node metastasis in laryngeal cancer and provide new therapeutic targets for the treatment of lymph node metastasis in laryngeal cancer. 2. Clarify that circ_0075961 promotes ZEB1 expression and lymph node metastasis in laryngeal cancer by adsorbing miR-216a-5p through ceRNA, providing theoretical basis for the clinical application of circ_0075961 and miR-216a-5p.

排除标准：

1.有喉鳞癌以外的其它肿瘤； 2.未能遵守本项目的随访研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have other tumors except laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. 2. Fail to comply with the follow-up study of this project.
