探究比较瑞马唑仑与异丙酚对乳腺不插管全麻手术患者呼吸抑制的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of remimazolam and propofol on respiratory depression in patients undergoing general anesthesia for breast surgery without intubation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

BMI＞30kg/m2 ；阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征病史；患者或家属拒绝参与实验；有酗酒史或对全麻药物过敏史、肾脏或肝脏疾病、哺乳期或近期呼吸道感染的患者；听力或视力明显受损、无法交流配合(昏迷、痴呆、语言功能障碍)；患者或家属依从性不强；改变原有治疗计划者。

Exclusion criteria：

BMI>30kg/m2 ; History of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome; Patients or their families refuse to participate in the experiment; Patients with a history of alcohol abuse or allergies to general anesthesia drugs, kidney or liver diseases, breastfeeding or recent respiratory infections; Patients with significant hearing or visual impairment, inability to communicate and cooperate (coma, dementia, language impairment); Poor compliance of patients or family members; Patients who have changed their original treatment plan.
