研究目的：

本研究将通过建立中国肥厚型心肌病注册登记平台，收集HCM患者在医院就诊的历史数据，了解HCM患者在真实世界临床中的临床特征、诊疗现状、疾病负担，探索近5年来HCM诊治模式的变化，以期为规范中国HCM诊疗提供依据  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to establish a registration platform for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy in China, collect historical data of HCM patients seeking medical treatment in hospitals, understand the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment status, and disease burden of HCM patients in the real world, and explore the changes in HCM diagnosis and treatment models in the past 5 years, in order to provide a basis for standardizing HCM diagnosis and treatment in China

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患者病历诊断中有明确为心肌肥厚病因的下列疾病：主动脉瓣狭窄、心脏淀粉样变、法布雷（Fabry）病、糖原贮积病（Danon病或Pompe病）、PEKAG2心脏综合征、Friedreich共济失调、血色病、畸形综合征（RAS病）、线粒体疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The following diseases are clearly diagnosed in the patient's medical record as causes of myocardial hypertrophy: aortic valve stenosis, cardiac amyloidosis, Fabry disease, glycogen storage disease (Danon disease or Pompe disease), PEKAG2 cardiac syndrome, Friedreich ataxia, hemochromatosis, malformation syndrome (RAS disease), and mitochondrial disease.
