研究目的：

本研究旨在通过社会嵌入实施策略，改善社区居住的主观认知障碍和轻度认知障碍老年人的数字认知训练的依从性和效果。该实施策略将由老年人自己主导，并融入他们现有的社交网络。研究采用顺序多重分配随机试验（SMART）设计，根据参与者在不同阶段的反应定制实施策略。这种方法允许分析依从性、健康结果以及实施组件之间的互动。​  

Objectives of Study：

The study aims to improve DCT adherence and effectiveness among community-dwelling older adults with subjective cognitive impairment or mild cognitive impairment through a social embedding implementation strategy. This implementation strategy will be led by older adults themselves and integrated into their existing social networks. Using a Sequential Multiple Assignment Randomized Trial (SMART) design, implementation strategy will be customized based on participants' responses across different stages. This approach allows for the analysis of adherence, health outcomes, and interaction between implementation components.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 居住在养老院或护理设施； 2) 根据ICD-10临床诊断标准诊断为严重精神疾病或已确诊为痴呆； 3) 计划参与或已参与其他认知训练研究； 4) 使用可能影响认知功能的药物，如抗胆碱药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1) individuals residing in nursing homes or care facilities; 2) diagnosed with severe mental illness or confirmed dementia according to the ICD-10 clinical diagnostic criteria; 3) planning to or have already engaged in other cognitive training studies; 4) taking medications that could affect cognitive function, such as anticholinergic drugs.
