研究目的：

通过改良腔镜烟雾排除装置在患儿腔镜手术中的应用，观察其在手术流畅度、手术视野清晰度、气腹压力稳定性、二氧化碳使用量、手术间PM2.5浓度、医疗成本等方面的应用效果，为更好的解决腔镜烟雾问题提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the application of the modified luminal smoke elimination device in pediatric luminal surgery, we observed its application effect in terms of surgical smoothness, clarity of surgical field, stability of pneumoperitoneum pressure, carbon dioxide usage, PM2.5 concentration in the operating room, and medical cost, in order to provide a basis for a better solution to the problem of luminal smoke.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）患有血液系统疾病、出血性疾病、存在出血倾向或凝血功能障碍的患儿。（2）存在先天性结构畸形（脊柱侧弯、漏斗胸等）影响腔镜操作的患儿。（3）中途退出本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Children with blood system diseases, bleeding diseases, bleeding tendencies or coagulation dysfunction. (2) Children with congenital structural malformations (scoliosis, infundibular chest, etc.) affecting endoscopic operation. (3) Quit the researcher midway.
