研究目的：

1、探讨青少年抑郁症患者与健康对照组、青少年抑郁症伴不伴自杀意念患者的的静息态和任务态脑电特征差异。 2、探讨青少年抑郁症患者与健康对照组、青少年抑郁症伴不伴自杀意念患者的脑电特征差异与抑郁程度、自杀意念强度的相关性。 3、根据脑电和行为学研究结果，训练和验证机器学习模型，用于自杀意念的分类和预测。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To identify the differences in resting-state and task-related EEG between adolescents with depression and healthy control groups, as well as between adolescents with depression with and without suicidal ideation. 2. To examine the correlation between the differences in EEG characteristics among adolescents with depression and healthy control groups, as well as between adolescents with depression with and without suicidal ideation, and the severity of depression and intensity of suicidal ideation. 3.To develop machine learning models based on EEG and behavioral research results, for the classification and prediction of suicidal ideation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、健康被试排除标准： (1)经诊断患有精神障碍或有物质滥用史； (2)既往服用过精神类药物或接受过无抽搐电休克治疗（ECT)； (3)既往患有神经系统疾病； (4)既往有脑损伤、癫痫或头部金属植入。 2、抑郁症被试排除标准： (1)经诊断患有除抑郁障碍外的其他精神障碍或有物质滥用史； (2)既往服用过精神类药物或接受过无抽搐电休克治疗（ECT)； (3)既往患有神经系统疾病； (4)既往有脑损伤、癫痫或头部金属植入。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion Criteria for Healthy Participants: (1) Diagnosed with mental disorders or a history of substance abuse; (2) Previous use of psychotropic medications or received electroconvulsive therapy (ECT); (3) History of neurological disorders; (4) History of brain injury, epilepsy, or head metal implants. Exclusion Criteria for Depression Participants: (1) Diagnosed with mental disorders other than depressive disorders or a history of substance abuse; (2) Previous use of psychotropic medications or received electroconvulsive therapy (ECT); (3) History of neurological disorders; (4) History of brain injury, epilepsy, or head metal implants.
