通过规范的队列研究设计与数据收集，进一步研究“感染介导儿童脑损伤”的热点研究课题，归纳不同病源感染不同儿科群体导致的脑损表现，探讨脑损伤机制及精准医疗可行性。

Objectives of Study：

Through the standardized cohort study design and data collection, we further studied the hot topics of "infection mediated brain injury in children", summarized the brain damage caused by different pediatric infection groups, and explored the mechanism of brain injury and the feasibility of precise medical treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

年龄>18岁。
合并其他中枢神经系统疾病，如颅脑创伤、脑血管疾病、缺氧缺血性脑病、遗传代谢病累及中枢神经系统等。
起病前4周内进行预防接种。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with other central nervous system diseases, such as craniocerebral trauma, cerebrovascular disease, hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, and hereditary metabolic disease involving the central nervous system;
2. Preventive inoculation within 4 weeks before the onset of disease.

We will deliver the age, weight data and the number of all the patients in third parties ahead of time. Randomization is done through a computer model, and only the manufacturer knows the randomization state. All participants will be designed by third parties at a fixed time per month.
