验证所研发的膝关节外骨骼是否可以减轻膝关节炎患者的疼痛并提高患者活动能力  

Objectives of Study:

To validate whether the developed knee exoskeleton can reduce pain in patients with knee osteoarthritis and improve their mobility

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.已做膝关节置换术患者; 2.有磁共振禁忌症如裝有心脏起搏器、人工金属瓣膜和角膜、动脉瘤夹闭术后、动脉夹层、眼球内金属异物等、幽闭恐惧症等; 3.有比膝骨关节炎更疼痛的其他疾病; 4.有活动性恶性肿瘤或其他危及生命的疾病; 5.近30天内使用过试验性药物或佩戴过试验装置。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients who have undergone knee arthroplasty; 2. Magnetic resonance contraindications, such as pacemaker, artificial metal valve and cornea, after aneurysm clipping, arterial dissection, metal foreign body in the eyeball, claustrophobia, etc.; 3. Have other diseases that are more painful than knee osteoarthritis; 4. Have active malignant tumors or other life-threatening diseases; 5. Have used an investigational drug or worn a testing device in the past 30 days.
