研究目的：

本研究为了探讨接受全身麻醉的受试者，诱导期静脉注射不同剂量的纳美芬，对芬太尼诱发的呛咳反应的抑制情况。  

Objectives of Study：

To address whether nalmefene could suppress fentanyl-induced cough during general anesthesia induction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1 严重心血管疾病，既往心梗，心律失常
2 肾功能Scr>1.5mg/dL
3 肝功能异常
4 慢性咳嗽，吸烟，2周内上呼吸道感染，哮喘
5 服用ACEI/ARB，支气管扩张剂，激素，阿片类药物
6 饱胃
7 预判可能存在通气困难
8 术前存在颅内压、腹内压、眼内压升高
9 妊娠

Exclusion criteria：

1. Serious cardiovascular disease, previous myocardial infarction, arrhythmia;
2. Renal function Scr>1.5mg/dL;
3. Abnormal liver function;
4. Chronic cough, smoking, upper respiratory tract infection within 2 weeks, asthma;
5. Take ACEI/ARB, bronchodilators, hormones, opioids;
6. Full stomach;
7. Difficult ventilation;
8. Preoperative elevated ICP, IAP, IOP;
9. Pregnancy.
