纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①无法配合进行认知功能的检查，如视力、听力、语言沟通严重障碍者。 ②数周或数月发生的快速认知功能下降者。 ③嗅觉功能障碍者或对精油过敏者。 ④严重呼吸系统疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Can not cooperate with the examination of cognitive function, such as vision, hearing, language communication serious disabilities. ② Rapid cognitive decline occurring over several weeks or months. ③ People with olfactory dysfunction or allergic to essential oils. ④ Severe respiratory diseases.

常规护理+香薰吸入组。采用单方精油-纯石菖蒲精油吸入法。参考国际芳香治疗师的建议：对于石菖蒲精油，成人需低剂量使用，稀释浓度占总浓度1.5%以下以及借鉴相关研究，将单方精油-纯石菖蒲精油5滴加入到装有10ml纯净水的香薰雾化器中，并将香薰雾化器置于距鼻部10-15cm，持续30min。本研究选用的香薰雾化器采购与深圳市汇奇美科技有限公司，型号为N001，工作电压为3.7V，工作电流为420MA，该机器的工作机制为将精油水溶物变成微颗粒雾化状，进而被人体吸入。

干预措施代码：

Intervention：

Routine care + aromatherapy inhalation group. The inhalation method of simple oil - pure calamus essential oil was adopted. Refer to the recommendations of international aromatherapists: For Gladiolus essential oil, adults need to use a low dose, the dilution concentration is less than 1.5% of the total concentration, and learn from relevant studies, add 5 drops of simple essential oil - pure gladiolus essential oil into an aromatherapy atomizer with 10ml pure water, and place the aromatherapy atomizer 10-15cm away from the nose for 30min. The aromatreatment atomizer selected in this study was purchased from Shenzhen Huiqimei Technology Co., LTD. The model is N001, the working voltage is 3.7V, the working current is 420MA, and the working mechanism of the machine is to turn the fine oil water-soluble matter into a micro-particle atomization shape, and then be inhaled by the human body.

本研究为随机对照研究。随机化分组方法采用IBM SPSS Statistics25 产生的随机数字进行患者的分组。具体措施为将所需样本量输入该软件产生随机数字,然后根据随机数字生成时的顺序赋值“0”或“1”，“0”为对照组，“1”为试验组，随机数字所对应的赋值结果由1名不参与干预的护士保存。将写了随机数字的字条放入密闭不透光的信封中,在患者入院时根据入院顺序随机抽取信封，抽取后由保管随机数字分组结果的护士告知实施芳香干预护士，以此实现患者的随机分组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

This study was a randomised controlled study. Randomised grouping method was used to group patients using random numbers generated by IBM SPSS Statistics25 . The specific measures were to input the required sample size into the software to generate random numbers, and then assign the value of "0" or "1" according to the order of random number generation, "0" for the control group, "1" for the experimental group, and the result of the assignment corresponding to the random number was determined by one randomised controlled group. "0" was the control group and "1" was the experimental group, and the results of the assignment corresponding to the random numbers were saved by a nurse who was not involved in the intervention. A note with random numbers was placed in a sealed, opaque envelope, which was randomly selected according to the order of admission when patients were admitted to the hospital, and the nurse who kept the results of the random number grouping informed the nurse who carried out the aromatic intervention after the selection, so as to realise the random grouping of the patients.

Blinding：

Blinding participants and outcome assessors. Randomised grouping of patients was achieved by placing a note with random numbers in an airtight, opaque envelope, which was randomly selected according to the order of admission at the time of admission, and then communicated to the aromatherapy intervention nurse by the nurse who kept the results of the random number grouping.
