探索超声引导下右侧椎旁神经阻滞复合左侧腹直肌后鞘阻滞应用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术的安全性和有效性  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the safety and effectiveness of Right PVB combined with left RSB in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）拒绝参加； （2）严重精神疾病； （3）严重的合并症，如严重心脏病、严重呼吸道疾病等； （4）区域阻滞禁忌症患者，包括无法纠正的凝血疾病，操作部位局部感染，脊柱严重畸形等； （5）术中更改麻醉方式或手术方式

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Refusing to participate; (2) Severe mental illness; (3) Serious complications, such as severe heart disease and severe respiratory diseases,etc; (4) Patients with contraindications to regional block, including irreversible coagulation diseases, local infection at the operating site, severe spinal deformity, etc. (5) Changing anesthesia or surgical methods during operation.
