研究目的：

本研究的主要目的是针对正常人眼，对比普通眼底相机（RetiCam 3100）和眼底多光谱相机（自研，能够获得人眼底在 470nm, 550nm, 600nm, 660nm, 740nm 下的眼底图像）的采集的图像差异，对不同波长下人眼底的结构特性进行研究。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose of this study is to compare the differences in image acquisition between a regular fundus camera (RetiCam 3100) and a fundus multispectral camera (self-developed, capable of obtaining fundus images at 470nm, 550nm, 600nm, 660nm, 740nm) for normal human eyes, and to investigate the structural characteristics of the human fundus at different wavelengths.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1） 严重眼部疾病： 排除有严重眼部疾病等的个体，这些疾病可能对眼部健康产生影响。 （2） 眼部手术史： 排除有眼部手术史或手术后影响眼结构的状况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Serious eye diseases: Individuals with serious eye diseases or other conditions that may affect eye health are excluded. (2) Eye surgery history: Exclude any history of eye surgery or conditions that affect eye structure after surgery.
