研究目的：

本课题旨在解析脑白质发育异常在预测儿童高级认知功能障碍中的作用,发,展基于脑白质异常发育模式预测儿童远期脑智功能的模型和方法,实现针对儿童智力障碍的早期预警。

Objectives of Study：

This study analyze the role of abnormal white matter development in predicting children's advanced cognitive dysfunction, and seeks to create models and methods for predicting children's long-term cerebral and intellectual function based on abnormal white matter development patterns, as well as to achieve early warning of children's intellectual disability.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.神经系统肿瘤； 2.合并严重畸形、严重心、肺、肝、肾功能障碍者和患有威胁生命的疾病或严重不稳定的潜在疾病的患者，如严重呼吸系统疾病、心脑血管疾病、消化系统疾病、内分泌系统疾病、泌尿系统疾病、凝血功能障碍、遗传代谢病等； 3.不适用于MRI检查，例如由于体内留有不兼容的植入物； 4.正参加其它临床试验的患者； 5.研究人员认为其他原因不适合入组或影响受试者参与完成研究的其他因素。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Nervous system tumors; 2. Patients with severe malformations, severe heart, lung, liver, kidney dysfunction, and patients with life-threatening diseases or serious unstable potential diseases, such as severe respiratory diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, digestive diseases, endocrine diseases, urinary system diseases, coagulation disorders, inherited metabolic diseases, etc. 3. not suitable for MRI examination, e.g. due to incompatible implants left in the body; 4. Patients enrolled in other clinical trials; 5. Other reasons considered by the researcher to be unsuitable for enrollment or other factors affecting the participant's participation in completing the study.
