研究目的：

1.建立胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤（PNENs）的多维度临床病理特征数据库； 2.建立基于术前CT 图像的影像组学图像数据库； 3.建立PNENs转录组、全基因组甲基化测序图谱，结合病理特征及预后建立预后预测模型及分子分型，对相关标志物在血液及组织标本中进行验证； 4.应用多组学数据联合分析，将 CT影像组学标签与测序图谱相关分子分型标志物进行关联分析，解码PNENs精准分型依据；

Objectives of Study：

1.To establish a multi-dimensional clinicopathological database of pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (PNENs); 2.Establish an image omics image database based on preoperative CT images; 3. PNENs transcriptome and whole genome methylation sequencing map were established, prognosis prediction models and molecular typing were established based on pathological characteristics and prognosis, and related markers were verified in blood and tissue samples; 4.Combined analysis of multi-omics data was used to conduct correlation analysis between CT image omics labels and molecular typing markers related to sequencing maps, and to decode the precise typing basis of PNENs;

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术中冰冻及术后病理证实为非神经内分泌肿瘤的其它肿瘤如导管腺癌等的病人； 2.未能获得满足测序条件所需的样本； 3.合并其他系统的恶性肿瘤或既往恶性肿瘤病史； 4.存在短期内影响患者生存的其他疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with other tumors, such as ductal adenocarcinoma, which were confirmed by intraoperative freezing and postoperative pathology as non-neuroendocrine tumors; 2. The samples required for sequencing cannot be obtained; 3. Combined with malignant tumors of other systems or a history of previous malignant tumors; 4.There are other diseases that affect the survival of patients in the short term.
