研究目的：

本项目拟收集局部晚期鼻咽癌放化疗患者鼻咽部MRI及临床数据的积累，使用无监督聚类分析的方法，探究局部晚期鼻咽癌异质性特征及其与预后的关系。进一步为临床决策提供更加全面、精准和稳健的患者分层依据，实现更加精准的个体化治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

This project intends to collect MRI and clinical data from patients with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and use unsupervised cluster analysis to explore the heterogeneous characteristics of locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma and its relationship with prognosis. It will provide more comprehensive, accurate and robust basis for patient stratification and accurate individualized treatment plan.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.分期为I、II期的早期患者 2.有远处转移的IVB期患者 3.年龄>80岁 4.确诊之前有其它部位的恶性肿瘤患者或接受过其它疾病相关的放化疗史 5.没有接受诱导化疗和/或同步放化疗的患者 6.磁共振图像无法获得或因图像存在伪影不可用者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Early-stage patients with stage I and II 2. Stage IVB patients with distant metastasis 3. Aged > 80 years 4. Patients with malignant tumors in other parts of the body or a history of chemoradiotherapy related to other diseases before diagnosis 5. Patients who had not received induction chemotherapy and/or concurrent chemoradiotherapy 6. Patients with incomplete imaging data
