研究目的：

分析中国人群中颅颌面疼痛患者的临床资料;探讨易感基因与颌面疼痛患者的关联性，并进一步分析其与表观遗传学相关指标的联系。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the clinical data of patients with cranio-maxillofacial pain in Chinese. To explore the relationship between the polymorphisms of susceptibility genes and the susceptibility of cranio-maxillofacial pain and their epigenetic indexes in Chinese.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①颅颌面外的其余部位疼痛；②颅颌面恶性肿瘤；③拒绝提供知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients diagnosised with the pain of other parts except from the cranio-maxillofacial;
(2) Patients diagnosised with cranio-maxillofacial malignancy;
(3) Patients whom refusing to provide informed consent.
