研究目的：

探索精神应激刺激是否对消化道肿瘤的发生及进展存在影响，为后续临床防治消化道肿瘤提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether mental stress stimulation has an effect on the occurrence and progression of gastrointestinal tumors, and to provide reference for the subsequent clinical prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal tumors.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)因躯体疾病或脑器质性疾病导致的情绪障碍者； (2)伴有自杀未遂史、难治性抑郁症史、癫痫发作史、双相情感障碍、精神分裂症、或分裂情感性障碍； (3)妊娠试验阳性者； (4)患有胃部恶性肿瘤及消化道疾病手术后者； (5)近6个月服用非甾体抗炎药、质子泵抑制药、胃粘膜保护剂等可能损伤/修复胃粘膜药物者； (6)长期吸烟与饮酒史，入组前第1天存在酒精摄入情况； (7)因肝、肾、血液、肺部、心血管、胃肠道、肌肉骨骼、皮肤、泌尿生殖、神经，或任何其他急性或慢性疾病限制受试者完成或参与本临床研究能力者； (8)正在参与其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those with mood disorders due to somatic diseases or organic brain diseases; (2) Those with a history of suicide attempts, refractory depression, seizures, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or schizoaffective disorder; (3) Those with a positive pregnancy test; (4) Those with malignant tumors of the stomach and those who have undergone surgery for gastrointestinal diseases; (5) Those who have taken non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, proton pump inhibitors, gastric mucosal protectants, and other drugs that may damage/repair the gastric mucosa in the last 6 months; (6) Long history of smoking and alcohol consumption with alcohol intake present on day 1 before enrollment; (7) Those with hepatic, renal, hematologic, pulmonary, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, musculoskeletal, dermatologic, genitourinary, neurologic, or any other acute or chronic medical condition that limits the subject's ability to complete or participate in this clinical study; (8) Those who are participating in other clinical trials.
