Find good biomarkers for the diagnosis of periprothetic joint infection (PJI) by using Mass Spectrometry

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.关节内为螺钉、钢板等非关节假体的患者
2.经关节腔穿刺，未抽出有效关节液的患者
3.患者不愿本人的任何标本被中心收集
4.患者或其授权人不愿意签署书面知情同意书或不愿遵从研究方案

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are screws or plates (not joint prosthesis) in patients joint;
2. There is no synovial fluid available;
3. The patient does not want his/her specimen to be collected by the center;
4. The patient or his/her authorized person is unwilling to sign a Informed Consent or unwilling to comply with the Study Protocol.
