研究目的：

本项目旨在针对中国更年期女性的特点及其情绪问题，开发适应性的心理干预方案，并通过随机对照试验的设计，考察干预效果及潜在机制。具体地，本项目将开展两个不同形式的干预，其中，研究一为个体干预，研究二为团体干预。

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to develop adaptive psychological interventions targeting the characteristics and emotional problems of Chinese women during the menopausal transition, and to evaluate the effectiveness and potential mechanisms of the interventions. Specifically, this study will carry out two different forms of intervention: one is individual intervention and the other is group intervention.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①合并智力障碍、认知障碍等不能配合填写问卷者; ②既往有严重的精神疾病或器质性疾病; ③正在接受心理治疗或正在服用精神科药物; ④有自伤自杀风险(PHQ-9量表条目9得分＞1)。

Exclusion criteria：

①Subjects with intellectual or cognitive disability; ②Subjects with a history of psychiatric/organic disease; ③Subjects undergoing psychotherapy or taking psychotropic drugs; ④Subjects at risk of suicide and self-harm.
