探讨重复经颅磁刺激对运动认知风险综合征患者的保护效果  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the protective effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in patients with motor cognitive risk syndrome

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.临床诊断的阿尔茨海默病、路易体痴呆、额颞叶痴呆、帕金森病等神经系统退行性疾病所致的认知障碍；
2.MMSE<=23；
3.脑肿瘤或精神疾病病史，急性脑卒中病史≤6个月；
4.患心源性血栓疾病，如二尖瓣狭窄和心房纤颤、半年内患心肌梗死、心脏附壁血栓或瓣膜赘生物、充血性心力衰竭、心内膜炎；
5.明显出/凝血机制异常；
6.严重肝肾功能不全、恶性肿瘤，或存在需内科干预或外科手术的严重疾病；
7.已知的步态缓慢原因（非神经系统原因如：关节炎、心脏病和神经系统原因如：偏瘫、共济失调、痉挛、帕金森病和额叶疾病等）；
8.孕妇或哺乳期妇女；
9.预期寿命<6个月或预计6个月内接受任何手术；
10.拒绝签署知情同意书，依从性差，或不能配合完成完整治疗等。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Cognitive impairment caused by clinically diagnosed neurological degenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease, Lewy body dementia, frontotemporal dementia, and Parkinson's disease; 2.MMSE<=23; 3.History of brain tumor or mental illness, acute stroke <= 6 months; 4.Cardiothrombotic disease, such as mitral stenosis and atrial fibrillation, myocardial infarction within six months, cardiac mural thrombosis or valve neoplasms, congestive heart failure, endocarditis; 5.Obvious abnormal bleeding/coagulation mechanism; 6.Severe liver and kidney insufficiency, malignant tumors, or the presence of serious diseases requiring medical intervention or surgery; 7.Known causes of slow gait (non-neurological causes such as arthritis, heart disease, and neurological causes such as hemiplegia, ataxia, spasms, Parkinson's disease, and frontal lobe disease); 8.Pregnant or lactating women; 9.Life expectancy < 6 months or expected to undergo any surgery within 6 months; 10.Refusal to sign informed consent, poor compliance, or failure to cooperate with complete treatment.
