开发一个结合PFO-AS患者的超声心动图特征和临床危险因素的综合预测模型,以早期识别和预防隐源性脑卒中,为临床医生提供更准确的PFO-AS风险评估工具。  

Objectives of Study:

Develop a comprehensive predictive model that combines echocardiographic characteristics of patients with PFO-AS (Patent Foramen Ovale Associated Stroke) and clinical risk factors to identify and prevent cryptogenic stroke at an early stage, providing clinicians with a more accurate risk assessment tool for PFO-AS.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

①由CTA评估主动脉及颈部大动脉出现高危粥样硬化斑块; ②由心电图、24小时动态心电图(Holter)、TTE或TEE提示为高风险心脏来源栓子,如房颤、冠心病、血栓、瓣膜赘生物; ③合并严重心、肺重大疾病,不能很好的配合完成检查; ④图像质量差者。

Exclusion criteria:

①Assessment of high-risk atherosclerotic plaques in the aorta and cervical arteries by CTA; ②Identification of high-risk cardiac sources of emboli through ECG, 24-hour Holter monitoring, TTE, or TEE, such as atrial fibrillation, coronary artery disease, thrombosis, or valve vegetations; ③ Combined with serious heart and lung diseases, unable to cooperate well to complete the examination; ④ Poor image quality.
