研究目的：

（1）探索甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑在儿童无痛支气管镜检查中应用的半数有效剂量（ED50）和95%有效剂量（ED95）相关数据，并计算出具体剂量数值； （2）记录相关不良事件及处理，探讨甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑在儿童无痛支气管镜检中的安全性及有效性；  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To explore the relevant data of half effective dose (ED50) and 95% effective dose (ED95) of remazolam toluene sulfonate used in painless bronchoscopy of children, and calculate the specific dose values; (2) Record related adverse events and treatment, and explore the safety and efficacy of remazolam in painless bronchoscopy in children;

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.已知对苯二氮卓类药物、氟马西尼、阿片类药物过敏或有禁忌症的患者；2.插管困难者如甲颏距离≤4 cm或Mallampati 分级3到4级者；3.有睡眠呼吸暂停病史；4 .BMI指数≥28kg/m2；5. 患儿有重症肌无力、智力发育落后或有神经、精神及心理疾病；不能与旁人或家属进行正常的沟通交流或有其他原因而无法配合调查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with known allergies or contraindications to benzodiazepines, flumazenil, and opioids; 2. Patients with difficulty intubating, such as those with a distance of less than 4 cm or Mallampati grade 3 to 4; 3. Have a history of sleep apnea; 4.BMI >=28kg/m2; 5. The child has myasthenia gravis, mental retardation or neurological, mental and psychological diseases; Unable to have normal communication with others or family members, or unable to cooperate with investigators for other reasons.
