探讨瑞马唑仑预处理对降低依托咪酯相关肌阵挛发生率和严重程度的影响  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to explore the effect of pre-treatment with remimazolam on reducing the incidence and severity of etomidate-related myoclonus.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

ASA分级 III～V级；对研究中使用的药物过敏；怀孕或哺乳期的女性；肾上腺皮质功能抑制者；精神病患者；困难气道患者；睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者；阿片类药物滥用者；严重器官功能障碍者。术前4周内服用过任何镇静剂或镇痛药者。

Exclusion criteria：

American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status III, IV, and V; allergy to the drugs used in the study; pregnant or lactating females; adrenocortical function inhibition; psychosis; difficult airways; sleep apnea syndrome; opioid abuse; severe organ dysfunction. The patients received some sedatives or analgesics 4 weeks before the operation.
