研究目的：

个性化重构巴氏消毒后捐赠人乳的微生物群，探究捐赠人乳微生物恢复的有效策略，为更优化的早产儿肠道喂养提供理论基础。  

Objectives of Study：

The objietive of this study was to reconstruct the microbiota of donor human milk after pasteurization, to explore effective strategies for microbial recovery in donor human milk, and to provide a theoretical basis for more optimal enteral feeding in preterm infants.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.早产儿母亲存在抗生素暴露或服用微生态制剂； 2.新生儿有严 重疾病或染色体异常； 3.非浙江省内常住人口； 4.早产儿母亲孕期有饮酒、吸烟、非法药物使用史。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Mothers of premature infants are exposed to antibiotics or take probiotics; 2.Newborns have serious illnesses or chromosomal abnormalities; 3.Not being permanent residents of Zhejiang Province; 4.Mothers of premature infants have a history of alcohol consumption, smoking, and illegal drug use during pregnancy.
