研究目的：

采用人工智能控制的GnRH脉冲泵用于非肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者诱导排卵治疗，调控多囊卵巢综合征患者下丘脑GnRH分泌频率，建立新的符合生理模式的GnRH脉冲分泌，抑制过多的LH分泌，恢复正常的下丘脑⁃垂体⁃性腺轴内分泌功能，从而恢复有排卵的月经周期及受孕，恢复PCOS患者生育能力，为PCOS的治疗拓展新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

The artificial intelligence-controlled GnRH pulse pump is employed for the induction of ovulation in non-obese patients diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Additionally, it is utilised for the regulation of GnRH secretion frequency in patients with PCOS, with the objective of establishing a novel physiological pattern of GnRH. The GnRH pulse pump is used to induce ovulation in non-obese patients with PCOS, to regulate the frequency of GnRH secretion in the hypothalamus of patients with PCOS, and to establish a new physiological pattern of GnRH secretion. It does this by inhibiting excessive LH secretion and restoring normal endocrine function of the hypothalamus-pituitary-gonadotropic axis. This allows for the restoration of ovulatory menstrual cycles and fertilisation, and the restoration of fertility in PCOS patients. It can also restore fertility in PCOS patients and expand new ideas for the treatment of PCOS.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本研究为前瞻性临床随机对照研究，符合标准的患者在签署知情同意书以后随机被分入实验组和对照组，实验组采用GnRH脉冲治疗，对照组采用促排卵药物（来曲唑联合HMG）治疗。治疗疗程为3个月经周期，统计治疗组与对照组基础LH/FSH水平改变情况、卵泡发育情况、排卵情况、妊娠情况以及试验不良反应，探索GnRH脉冲治疗在非肥胖型PCOS患者诱导排卵中的应用价值。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The present study was a prospective, clinical, randomised, controlled study. Patients who met the criteria were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group after signing the informed consent form. The experimental group was treated with gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) pulse therapy, and the control group was treated with ovulation-promoting drugs (letrozole combined with human menopausal gonadotropin (hMG)). The treatment course was three menstrual cycles, and the researchers counted the basal LH/FSH levels, follicular development, ovulation, pregnancy, and adverse reactions of the two groups to explore the value of GnRH pulse therapy in inducing ovulation in non-obese PCOS patients. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 体重指数＞24kg/m^2 2) 腹围＞85cm 3) 胶布、GnRH及其类似物药物过敏者 4) 无生育要求 5) 丈夫精液异常不能自然受孕者 6) 不孕患者输卵管造影显示双侧输卵管粘连或阻塞 7) 合并严重内外科疾病或子宫发育畸形、影响生育的妇科疾病 8) 拒绝参与本次临床研究

Exclusion criteria：

1) Body mass index >24kg/m^2 2) Abdominal circumference >85cm 3) Allergic to adhesive tape, GnRH and its analogues. 4) No fertility requirements 5) Husband's semen abnormality can't conceive naturally. 6) Infertile patients with bilateral tubal adhesion or obstruction as shown by tubalography. 7) Combination of serious medical and surgical diseases or uterine malformations, gynaecological diseases that affect fertility. 8) Refusal to participate in the clinical study
