探讨基于家庭赋能理论的护理干预对高危初产妇及配偶角色适应、产后抑郁的影响，以期提高高危初产妇及配偶的角色适应，降低产后抑郁，提高产褥期母婴健康提供科学参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the impact of nursing interventions based on family empowerment theory on the role adaptation and postpartum depression of high-risk primiparous women and their spouses, in order to improve their role adaptation, reduce postpartum depression, and provide scientific reference for improving maternal and child health during the postpartum period.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①有精神病史和智力障碍者；②死胎或胎儿出生后死亡者；③患有认知障碍、精神疾病者；语言、听力障碍者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with a history of mental illness and intellectual disabilities; 2.Stillbirth or death of the fetus after birth; 3. Individuals with cognitive impairments or mental illnesses; Individuals with language and hearing impairments;
