Objectives of Study: |
The aim of this study is to evaluate the changes in metabolic markers related to mitochondrial reverse electron transfer in patients with sepsis induced cardiac dysfunction using energy metabolomics methods, with a particular focus on changes in NADH/NAD+, succinic acid/fumarate, AMP/ATP, and other key biomarkers. By identifying significantly correlated metabolic markers, potential early diagnostic tools and intervention targets can be provided. To provide scientific basis for future clinical trials and treatment strategies, aiming to improve the prognosis of sepsis patients with cardiac dysfunction. |

Inclusion criteria |

|
排除标准: |
1)近1个月内有急性心肌梗塞、心脏手术、心功能Ⅳ级者; 2)终末期肾病,需要肾脏替代治疗者; 3)严重肝功能不全者(Child-Pugh C级及以上), 4)严重神经系统疾病者(如帕金森病、阿尔茨海默病); 5)入组前1月内接受过大手术或经历严重创伤者; 6)诊断脓毒症超过24小时或入组前已进行血液净化或ECMO治疗者(不包括样本留取后因病情需要体外支持者); 7)活动性肿瘤或自身免疫性疾病者(如接受放疗、化疗、长期或大量激素治疗); 8)入组前1月内服用抗氧化剂,如维生素C、维生素E、辅酶Q10、谷胱甘肽或曲美他嗪等干扰代谢组学分析结果的药物(不包含样本留取后因病情需要而使用上述药物者); 9)孕妇或哺乳期妇女; 10)拒绝参加本研究及临床资料不全者。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1) Individuals with acute myocardial infarction, cardiac surgery, or heart function grade IV within the past month; 2) End stage renal disease requiring renal replacement therapy; 3) Patients with severe liver dysfunction (Child Pugh C grade or above), 4) Individuals with severe neurological disorders (such as Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease); 5) Individuals who have undergone major surgery or severe trauma within the past month prior to enrollment; 6) Diagnosed with sepsis for more than 24 hours or those who have undergone blood purification or ECMO treatment before enrollment (excluding those who require in vitro support due to the condition after sample retention); 7) Individuals with active tumors or autoimmune diseases (such as those receiving radiation therapy, chemotherapy, long-term or extensive hormone therapy); 8) Within one month before enrollment, take antioxidants such as vitamin C, vitamin E, coenzyme Q10, glutathione, or trimetazidine, which interfere with the results of metabolomics analysis (excluding those who use the above drugs due to illness needs after sample retention); 9) Pregnant or lactating women; 10) Those who refuse to participate in this study and have incomplete clinical data. |
