研究目的：

本方案拟通过多中心随机对照研究，比较非剥脱性点阵激光与IPL治疗色素型黑眼圈的临床疗效，为临床实践提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the efficacy and safety of intense pulsed light with optimal pulse technology and 1565-nm nonablative fractional laser for pigmented dark circles through a multi-centre randomized study.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①对激光存在禁忌症；②病灶局部有溃疡、感染、湿疹；③妊娠、哺乳期或有备孕计划的妇女；④有瘢痕体质；⑤对表面麻醉剂过敏；⑥正参加其他临床试验患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Contraindications of lasers; 2) Ulceration, Infection, or eczema at site of dark circle; 3) Pregnant or Lactating women; 4）Excessive Scaring skin; 5) Allergic to topical anesthetics; 5）Patients who are participating in other clinical trials.

随机方法为由数据分析人员提前预编患者编号（如1-12号患者），纳入试验的患者依次分配编号，皮损由操作医生分为左右两部分，左侧为A区、右侧为B区，电脑随机分配A和B区作为治疗侧1和治疗侧2（治疗侧1将接受IPL激光治疗，治疗侧2将接受ResurFx激光治疗。）

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Data analysts program patient numbers (e.g. patients 1-12) in advance, and patients included in the trial were assigned numbers in turn. Skin lesions were divided into left and right parts by the operator. Left side was area A and right side was area B. Computer randomly allocated area A and B.
