研究目的：

通过肠镜检查，收集60例IBS患者作为研究组，同时收集30名健康志愿者末端回肠部位的小肠液，进行菌群分析，从而更加全面地了解病因，同时借助肠道菌群的关系调节菌群失调，达到治疗肠道疾病的目的。

Objectives of Study：

Through colonoscopy, 60 IBS patients small intestinal fluid will be collected from terminal ileum as the study group; as well 30 healthy volunteers small intestinal fluid will be collected. We will carry out the analysis of flora, in order to get more comprehensive understanding of the cause of IBS then to achieve the purpose of treating intestinal diseases.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）年龄<18岁，2）有腹部手术史，3）处于怀孕期或哺乳期，4）近2周内使用过膨胀剂、止泻药、解痉药、益生菌及抗菌药物

Exclusion criteria：

1) age <18 years old;
2) had abdominal operation history;
3) in pregnancy or lactation period;
4) in the past 2 weeks, used expansive agents, antidiarrheal drugs, antispasmodic drugs, probiotics and antibacterial agents.
