研究目的：

本课题的研究目的是联合经直肠腔内超声（Transrectal ultrasound，TRUS）及高频超声（High-frequency ultrasound, HFUS）观察肛瘘的内口、走行、分支及与肛门括约肌之间的关系，对肛瘘进行Parks分类，为临床在术前制定良好的手术方案提供可靠的影像学参考依据，从而降低术后复发及肛门失禁的风险，提高患者的生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to combine transrectal ultrasound (TRUS) and high-frequency ultrasound (HFUS) to observe the internal opening, course, branches, and relationship with the anal sphincter of anal fistula, classify anal fistula according to Parks, and provide reliable imaging reference for clinical preoperative planning, thereby reducing the risk of postoperative recurrence and anal incontinence, and improving the quality of life of patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术前存在严重认知障碍、精神及神经类疾病等不能配合和交流者； 2.有凝血功能严重障碍者； 3.有严重传染性皮肤疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have severe cognitive impairment, psychiatric and neurological diseases, etc., and are unable to cooperate and communicate before surgery; 2. Those with severe coagulation dysfunction; 3. Those with serious infectious skin diseases.
