研究目的:

探讨应用自稳定零切迹3D打印人工椎体行颈椎前路椎体次全切减压、内固定融合术治疗脊髓型颈椎病的安全性和临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study:

To evaluate the safety and clinical efficacy of applying self-stabilizing zero-profile 3D printed artificial vertebral bodies for anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF) in the treatment of myelopathy caused by cervical spondylosis.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

① 诊断为骨质疏松症(骨密度T值≤-2.5)且未经系统治疗;② 存在全身或局部感染;③ 既往有颈椎手术史;④ 术后失访。

Exclusion criteria:

① Diagnosis of osteoporosis (BMD T-value ≤ -2.5) without systemic treatment; ② Presence of systemic or localized infection; ③ History of previous cervical spine surgery; ④ Loss of postoperative visits.

对研究对象采用随机余数分组法将受试对象分为新技术组和对照组:(1)编号:所有患者按纳入研究的顺序进行编号;(2)获取随机数字:查阅随机数字表,从表中任意一个数字开始,沿同一方向获取每个受试者的随机数字;(3)求余数:随机数除以组数求余数,若整除则余数取组数;(4)分组:按余数分组。

The study subjects were divided into the new technology group and the control group using the random remainder grouping method: (1) numbering: all patients were numbered in the order of inclusion in the study; (2) obtaining random numbers: consult the table of random numbers, starting from any number in the table, and obtaining the random number of each subject along the same direction; (3) finding the remainder: the random number was divided by the number of groups to find the remainder, and if the division is integer, then the remainder was taken as the number of groups; (4) grouping: the random number was divided by the number of groups; (5) grouping: the random number was divided by the number of groups. (4) Grouping: group by remainder.
