研究目的：

本研究拟探讨在正中开胸体外循环辅助下的择期心脏冠脉及瓣膜手术中，不同时间点的cf测量值与术后肺部并发症的相关性，以初步寻找NETs与体外循环术后肺部并发症发生相关的临床证据，并基于cfDNA的临床预测模型，实现对体外循环术后肺部并发症发生的预测，从而改善患者预后，使患者获益。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the correlation between CF measurements at different time points and postoperative pulmonary complications in elective coronary and valve surgery assisted by central open chest cardiopulmonary bypass, in order to preliminarily search for clinical evidence related to NETs and the occurrence of pulmonary complications after cardiopulmonary bypass. Based on the clinical prediction model of cfDNA, we aim to predict the occurrence of pulmonary complications after cardiopulmonary bypass surgery, improve patient prognosis, and benefit patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往大型手术史，如开腹手术、开颅手术、开胸手术等；
2.急诊手术；
3.对研究用药过敏；
4.精神疾病患者，不能配合随访；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Previous history of major surgeries, such as open abdominal surgery, craniotomy, thoracotomy, etc; 2.Emergency surgery; 3.Allergies to research drugs; 4.Patients with mental illness cannot cooperate with follow-up visits.
