研究目的：

本课题设计随机对照试验，研究对比TROPIS -plug与TROPIS术治疗经括约肌型肛瘘的疗效和安全性，旨为探究出一种更好的平衡治愈率和保护肛门功能的手术方案，为临床治疗提供理论依据和数据支持。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to design a randomized controlled trial to compare the efficacy and safety of TROPIS plus and TROPIS surgery in the treatment of Trans⁃sphincteric fistula. The goal is to explore a better surgical plan that balances cure rate and protects anal function, providing theoretical basis and data support for clinical treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）有肛肠手术史者、肛门先天性形态与功能异常者 （2）合并有其他肛肠疾病者，如肛裂、直肠脱垂、尖锐湿疣、化脓性汗腺炎、肛周坏死性筋膜炎等 （3）合并有严重心脑血管疾病、恶性肿瘤等全身性疾病患者 （4）伴有糖尿病等代谢系统病症可能影响伤口愈合者 （5）有酒精或药物滥用史者 （6）妊娠、备孕及哺乳期患者 （7）伴有精神疾病患者 （8）入组前1个月内参加过或正在参与其他研究患者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Individuals with a history of colorectal surgery and those with congenital abnormalities in anal morphology and function (2) Patients with other anal and rectal diseases, such as anal fissure, rectal prolapse, genital warts, purulent sweat gland inflammation, perianal necrotizing fasciitis, etc (3) Merge patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, malignant tumors, and other systemic diseases (4) Patients with metabolic system diseases such as diabetes that may affect wound healing (5) Individuals with a history of alcohol or drug abuse (6) Pregnant, preconception, and breastfeeding patients (7) Patients with accompanying mental illnesses (8) Patients who have participated or are currently participating in other studies within one month prior to enrollment.
