研究目的：

本研究通过研究羊水这一单因素与仰卧位低血压综合征的关联，并将产妇的羊水与血容量联系起来，通过超声测量羊水池深度与锁骨下静脉直径的比值来探讨其对预测仰卧位低血压综合征的价值，为预测剖宫产术中产妇仰卧位低血压综合征的发生提供新思路

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we investigated the association between amniotic fluid, a single factor, and supine hypotension syndrome, and related maternal amniotic fluid to blood volume, and explored its value in predicting supine hypotension syndrome by ultrasonographically measuring the ratio of the depth of amniotic fluid pool to the diameter of the subclavian vein, in order to provide a new idea for predicting the occurrence of maternal supine hypotension syndrome during cesarean delivery

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并妊娠期高血压、妊娠期糖尿病、心脏病等并发症 2.合并严重外周血管疾病 3.伴锁骨下静脉解剖学异常者 4.合并心、肺、肾、肝等严重器质性病变 5.术中麻醉方式更改者 6.腰麻异常广泛阻滞者和阻滞不全者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Combined with hypertension during pregnancy, gestational diabetes, heart disease and other complications 2.Combined with serious peripheral vascular disease 3.With anatomical abnormalities of the subclavian vein 4.Combined heart, lung, kidney, liver and other serious organic lesions 5.Change of anesthesia mode during operation 6.spinal anesthesia in those with abnormally extensive block and those with incomplete block
