研究目的：

1.研究施罗斯治疗下AIS患者椎旁肌群动态平衡的生物力学信息以及是否能完全矫正AIS患者左右肌肉失衡。 2.通过对施罗斯组与施罗斯＋PNF组患者的脊柱生理及弱链运动的在体运动检测，发现薄弱肌力和运动协调不佳等异常，分析PNF治疗对“肌/骨”动态力学作用与AIS进展的关系，评价PNF增强薄弱肌力及改善运动协调性对AIS的影响，从而探索AIS动态平衡训练的机理。本研究将为AIS规范化运动治疗提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The biomechanical information of the paraspinal muscle groups' dynamic balance in AIS patients under Schroth treatment, as well as whether it can completely correct the left-right muscle imbalance in AIS patients, will be studied. 2. The in vivo movement detection of the physiological and weak link movements of the spine in the Schroth group and the Schroth+PNF group of patients will be conducted to find abnormalities such as weak muscle strength and poor motor coordination, and the relationship between the dynamic mechanical action of "muscle/bone" and the progression of AIS will be analyzed. The influence of PNF on enhancing weak muscle strength and improving motor coordination on AIS will be evaluated, thereby exploring the mechanism of dynamic balance training for AIS. This study will provide scientific evidence for the standardization of exercise therapy for AIS.
