旨在探讨rTMS对精神分裂症患者阴性症状和认知损害的疗效  

Objectives of Study：

aimed to explore the therapeutic effects of rTMS on negative and cognitive symptoms in patients with schizophrenia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）怀孕妇女；（2）服用第一代抗精神病药和氯氮平；（3）共病双相情感障碍、重性抑郁障碍或强迫症；（4）韦氏成人智力测验简版测试智商在85分以下者；（5）入组前半年内进行过电休克治疗者；（6）存在酒精或物质依赖；（7）显著的神经系统疾病如脑梗塞、癫痫、帕金森氏病及多发性硬化等；（8）严重躯体疾病病情不稳定者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) pregnancy women;
(2) taken first generation antipsychotics or clozapine;
(3) comorbid with bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder or obsessional-compulsive disorder;
(4) IQ ＜85;
(5) treated with MECT in last 6 months;
(6) substance abuse;
(7) diagnosed with neurological disease such as stroke, epilepsy, Parkinsons disease and multiple sclerosis;
(8) with unstable medical condition.
